Images are available of a wide variety of marine mammal species, other wildlife, seascapes and miscellaneous nature and landscape themes. Caroline Weir is a keen photographer and the nature of her work provides many opportunities to photograph rare and unusual marine mammal species, especially those inhabiting deep, offshore waters that aren’t available to many wildlife photographers. Caroline’s images have been published in books, marine mammal identification guides, magazines and newspapers, and used for the banners, booklets and websites of various conservation organisations. Her images have also been exhibited at Hull’s “The Deep” aquarium and at local craft fairs.
A small selection of example images taken in particular regions can be viewed in the galleries below (at low resolution for easy viewing). Please note that all images on this site are copyrighted and should not be used without permission. Additional images are presented on the Blog pages.
Should you wish to purchase images, either digitally (i.e. for web use or book/magazine publication) or as high quality prints (i.e. suitable for framing), please contact Caroline to discuss rates and conditions. A very wide range of images of species, habitats and activities are available in the stock library, so please feel free to contact her to discuss your requirements. Caroline is also available for specifically commissioned projects.
Please note that selected images will be available free of charge on request for school projects and all conservation-related educational/awareness purposes.
