Poole Bay Cetacean Watch: Poole Bay Cetacean Watch was founded by Ian Rabjohns in 2004. The group was formed to record and study the cetaceans of Poole Bay, Dorset in England, and to inform anyone with a love of whales, dolphins and porpoises about Poole Bay and its wildlife.

 

Bátaferðir whale-watching: Boat-based whale-watching trips from Dalvik in the north of Iceland, great for viewing humpback whales, minke whales and white-beaked dolphins.

 

Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society: The Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society (WDCS) is the leading international charity dedicated solely to the worldwide conservation and welfare of cetaceans.

 

Namibian Dolphin Project: The Namibian Dolphin Project is a pilot study on the ecology of bottlenose and Heaviside's dolphins in the Walvis Bay area of Namibia. The goals of the project are to gather data on the abundance, distribution and habitat use of dolphins in the bay.

 

Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre: A public information, education and research centre dedicated to raising awareness of the marine environment. The centre offers interpretive displays on a wide variety of marine wildlife with research focused on the bottlenose dolphins of Cardigan Bay.

 

British Divers Marine Life Rescue: BDMLR provide training in marine mammal rescue techniques and provide volunteer Marine Mammal Medics on a committed 24 hour marine animal rescue service, waiting to help stranded whales and dolphins throughout UK waters.

 

Sea Watch Foundation:  The Sea Watch Foundation (SWF) aims to achieve better conservation of whales and dolphins in the seas around Britain and Ireland by involving the public in scientific monitoring of populations and the threats they face, and by the regular production of material to educate, inform and lobby for better environmental protection.   Please report all UK cetacean sightings to the SWF.

 

Stonehaven Dolphin Research:  Collecting information and raising awareness of bottlenose dolphins and other cetacean species occurring in Stonehaven Bay, south of Aberdeen.

 

Splashdown Direct Images: Providing images of cetaceans and other marine wildlife, and specialising in rare and endangered species.

 

UWPhoto ANS: Photo agency based in Norway, providing images from the marine environment including cetaceans and pinnipeds.
